PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Tooles-Allied provided general contracting services for the renovation of 10,500 square feet within the café’s servery, dining areas and adjacent corridors. Scope also included the integration of MEP systems within an existing facility and a phased construction to limit disruption of day-to-day operations. The renovation transformed the original space from a traditional cafeteria into an interactive market and casual dining space.
